Move-In Cleaning from Pristine Cleaning starts at $279 (about 3 hours) and Move-Out Cleaning starts at $289 (about 3.5 hours) for homes up to about 1,500 sq ft. Both are done in an empty home and include inside cabinets and drawers.

Book the cleaning for after the last box is out (move-out) or before your furniture arrives (move-in). Water and power need to be on.

Starting prices cover homes up to about 1,500 sq ft. Larger homes are priced by size, and we confirm your exact price before we start. Homes over 4,000 sq ft get a custom quote.

A move-out clean covers the areas landlords check most: kitchen, bathrooms, inside cabinets, baseboards and floors. Your lease and your landlord decide the deposit, so we cannot promise the outcome.

Does the home need to be empty?

Yes. Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning are priced for an empty home.

Do the utilities need to be on?

Yes. We need running water and power to clean.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many customers give us a door code or leave a key. Tell us how to get in when you book.
